Apartment set up as two small efficiencies, with separate entrance to your PRIVATE bedroom space, and shared kitchen and bath. Building is pet friendly, and a SMALL dog, or cat in your space would be okay. Rent $200/month; utilities run up to an additional $100/month in winter.
